Utilizing the Intel Z790 chipset and LGA 1700 socket, this ATX motherboard sports four DDR5 RAM slots supporting dual channel memory and speeds up to 6666 MHz when overclocked. Six SATA III and five M.2 interfaces provide ample room for storage and support RAID 0, 1, 5, and 10. Install GPUs or other adapter cards via PCIe 5.0 x16, PCIe 4.0 x16, and PCIe 3.0 x1 slots. Take advantage of fast networking with a 2.5 GbE Intel LAN and Wi-Fi 6E; connect to wireless peripherals with ease using Bluetooth 5.2.

The Realtek ALC4080 audio codec supports 7.1 channel surround sound, while rear ports allow for analog or digital output. Connect wired peripherals via two USB 3.2 Gen 1 and six Gen 2 Type-A ports, or via USB 3.2 Gen 2 and 2x2 Type-C ports. Output video via HDMI. The rear I/O panel also sports Clear CMOS and Flash BIOS buttons. Internal headers provide support for front-panel USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C and USB 3.2 Gen 1 and 2.0 Type-A ports, RGB connectors, chassis intrusion, a TPM module, and more.
