A 2.5GbE port and HDMI 2.0 port come as standard, allowing you to enjoy lag-free multimedia streaming throughout your home and directly on your TV. The TS-462 can be geared up to fit future needs, supporting two M.2 PCIe slots for Qtier auto-tiering storage technology and can be easily expanded to fit growing data needs. The TS-462 also supports Edge TPU, allowing you to easily organize your photos based on facial and object recognition with the QuMagie app.

This unit has four SATA III 6 Gb/s drive bays, all of which natively support 3.5" hard drives, as well as 2.5" hard drives and SSDs. Should users need to expand the overall capacity of their TS-462, optional expansion units may be connected. Also featured are two USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports and two USB-A 2.0 ports, which allow it to be connected to external peripherals. You can also output video to an external display using the HDMI 2.0 port, which supports resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz. Network connectivity is achieved via the 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port.
